Q1 What's the MOQ and lead time?

KS: For our existing mold items, normally we don't have very strict MOQ, samples or trial order is available.Our sample lead time is about 2-3 workdays, our production lead time is about 15 workdays, which also based on the order quantity.

KS: Please just forward me the sample order specs (include the exact item number, preferred colors, sample quantity), then I will make the sample PI for your approval, after received your payment through Paypal, I will send out the sample to you.

KS: Within 12 hours after we received your inquiries.

Q4 What's the payment terms you accept?
KS: Our payment term: T/T(30% down payment, 70% balance before shipment), for small batch orders, normally we accept PayPal, for bulk order we have HK bank account or Western Union account.

Q5 How to the shipping?

KS: For sample dispatch, we normally send through International Courier door to door(such as DHL, FedEx, UPS etc.), for batch order, we normally ship by air or by sea, based on clients requirement. we will offer the most reasonable way for our clients.

Q6 Can I brand the items with our own logo/Brand?

KS: Yes, we do provide OEM & ODM service.
